What file formats do you support for printing? File Support We use a PC to RIP files for print production. If files are produced on MAC; please make sure fonts have been outlined and files are made to PC format. File types that we can print from include ai, eps, tiff and pdf.
Any questions pertaining to file formats or graphic resolution please contact Pablo Luis Palacio our Production Manager extraordinaire.
What are your payment terms? Payment Terms All orders are COD unless prior credit arrangements have been made. Company accounts may be established with an approved credit application. Credit terms are 15 / 30 days net. Finance charges will be applied to overdue accounts. Accounts exceeding 45 days will be placed on a COD basis. Visa, Master Card and AMEX
What is your typical turn around for printing and production? Production Times Turnaround time on most jobs, unless otherwise noted, is 24 to 48 hours. All work will be ready for pick up "end-of-day" on the due date unless other arrangements have been discussed. Work requested in less than 24 hours may be subject to additional charges. Turnaround times are based on "reasonable" quantities and production schedules. Larger jobs may take longer but the job will be done when we say it will be.
We make every effort to troubleshoot potential problems, but cannot be held responsible for files we do not create. This includes, but is not limited to, content, resolution of raster data or image quality of client files. Fonts, scans and any other reference files must be included on disk along with the actual file to be imaged.
How do I send large files to you for printing? You may use ourFTP site for uploading large data files. A link is provided in the "Resources" section of our web site but you will need to contact us for a user name and password. Please notify us by e-mail or phone once you have uploaded a file as we are not notified automatically. We will automatically delete files once they have been downloaded for production.
It is wise to follow up with a phone call to confirm that we receive your files.
Do you provide colour matching? Proofs and Colour Matching Clients are advised to submit "proofs" along with their file if colour matching is critical. We assume no responsibility for output discrepancies in files submitted without proofs. Because of variations in monitors, inks, film, imaging equipment and processing, "color critical" files require a test print. We are only able to accurately match "process colours" as referenced in the Pantone colour chart. Colour matching is subject to an additional charge based upon the complexity of the job.
What about copyrights and Trademarks? Copyright and Trademarks Reproduction, in any form, of copyrighted materials without prior permission of the originator, is illegal. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain such permission. We are in no way responsible for obtaining permission and assume prior permission has been obtained by the client before work is submitted.
